The OpenAPI document describes the selected HTTP operations. The same operations are available at https://api.sundialhabits.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP with a pre-issued bearer key.

The integration reads your habits, including private habits, schedules, check-in history, and streaks. Read and Record Check-ins access also permits completing or undoing a habit for a specified day. Read about dates and synchronization.

Habit creation, editing, sharing changes, friends, and account administration are outside this API.
